List of optional extras
By default, the cranes are manufactured in standard configuration. But depending on their technical characteristics and operating conditions, the plant manager can recommend to supplement the standard equipment with one or another set of options. Below is a brief description of them and the rationale for their installation.

Load LimiterServes as an additional safety device alongside limit switches and load drop protection devices in case of phase failure. Typically installed when handling various loads with unknown weights. If the load exceeds the hoist’s capacity, the limiter halts the lifting process. Available for cranes equipped with an electric hoist as the limiter is mounted on the hoist’s lifting mechanism.
Sound and Light AlarmsActivated when the jib crane is switched on, warning employees to leave the danger zone. Depending on workplace conditions, either light or sound alarms are recommended. Available only for electric jib cranes.
Radio ControlAllows remote control of the crane using a remote controller. Available for electric jib cranes or cranes equipped with an electric hoist. The delivery includes a 6-button remote controller with an emergency stop button and a radio signal receiver (mounted on the hoist or near the crane’s control box).
Motor with Brake for Jib RotationThe integrated brake stops the jib at the desired position without inertial movement. Manual fixation at a precise point is impossible. The brake is hidden within the motor-reducer system. Recommended for cranes with outdoor placement categories U1 and U2 to prevent unintended jib movement in parking position during strong winds or other external factors.
Hoist Parking Canopy for Outdoor UseUsed for cranes in outdoor placement category U1 to protect the electric hoist from direct precipitation. Recommended by crane and hoist manufacturers since standard hoist designs typically lack alternative precipitation protection.
Full Span Hoist Canopy for Outdoor UseProtects the electric hoist across the full span of the crane in outdoor placement category U1. Recommended by crane and hoist manufacturers for additional precipitation protection.
Power Cut-Off Switch on Crane ColumnEnables switching crane power on and off. Located approximately 1500 mm from the lower flange of the crane. Consists of a two-button post housed in a protective (metal) casing.
Electric End Switches for Hoist Travel on JibUsed to limit the travel distance of the electric hoist along the crane’s jib.
Anchor System for Crane Foundation FixationThis option applies during the installation phase. Anchors secure the crane to its foundation. For prepared foundations, an anchor system is typically offered. For unprepared foundations, mounting studs are used instead.
Load Drop Protection Device for Phase FailureAn additional safety device alongside load limiters and limit switches.
Crane Operation Parameter RecorderRecords crane operating conditions, including modes, duration, and load capacity. Installed only on cranes equipped with electric wire rope hoists.
Crane Operation Time IndicatorTracks crane operation time to schedule maintenance, minor repairs, and major overhauls. Integrated into or mounted on the control box door.
Frequency Regulation for Jib Rotation SpeedA frequency converter installed in the control box allows for adjustable jib rotation speed within a specified range. Also enables smooth start and braking.
Engine Cooling SystemRecommended when installing a frequency converter, which significantly reduces the standard movement speed of the crane, to prevent motor overheating.
Input ChokeSmooths voltage spikes and reduces amplitude fluctuations in the AC supply. Reduces current ripple amplitude consumed by the frequency converter.
Platform and Ladder for Hoist and Crane MaintenanceFor jib cranes taller than 3 meters, it is recommended to include maintenance access solutions such as a horizontal platform at human height from the jib and a ladder welded to the crane column. This facilitates hoist maintenance, oil changes, and other service operations.
Heated Crane Control BoxEnables jib crane operation at air temperatures down to -20°C. Mandatory for cranes operating below -10°C. Requires the additional installation of a frequency converter.

Description

Кран консольный двухбалочный ККМ7 с навесным грейфером предназначен для подъема и перемещения различных грузов в радиусе минимального и максимального вылета стрелы (положения крюковой подвески от оси колонны вдоль консоли). Механизм подъёма грузовой тележки по классической развернутой схеме позволяет работать крану как с крюком, так и с навешиваемым на крюк механическим или моторным грейфером, или иным навесным оборудованием. Такая схема позволяет соблюдать строго вертикальный подъём и равномерное нагружение балок консоли. 

Двухбалочная конструкции консоли (стрелы) обеспечивает повышенную надежность и устойчивость конструкции, что допускает использование крана при вылетах стрелы до 12 метров. Максимальная грузоподъемность разработанной модели крана составляет 16 тонн. Высота подъема грузов достигает12метров. Данная модель разработана для тяжелых режимов работы крана, имеет общепромышленное исполнение.

В базовой комплектации крана угол поворота стрелы ограничен и может доходить до 360 градусов. При необходимости совершения нескольких оборотов стрелы вокруг своей оси кран дополнительно комплектуется кольцевым токосъёмником. 

Оборудование оснащается мотор-редукторами на поворот стрелы крана и на механизм передвижения грузовой тележки. Управление происходит с помощью кабельного или радио- пульта. Механизм подъёма грузовой тележки состоит из канатного барабана, редуктора, тормоза и электрического двигателя. Кроме этого, при использовании моторного грейфера или другого навесного оборудования с потреблением электрической энергии на грузовой тележке устанавливается кабельный барабан.

Двухбалочный кран ККМ7 с навесным грейфером (электромагнитной траверсой, магнитной шайбой или другим оборудованием) может работать в различных климатических условиях, при этом в зависимости от условий эксплуатации комплектация крана будет отличаться.

Краны разрабатываются индивидуально под каждый запрос, учитывая специфику работы на каждом отдельном предприятии, условий его эксплуатации и функционала.
