Repair Process

Repair begins with an on-site inspection, diagnostics, and identification of failure causes. Based on this, we define the scope of work and determine which components require repair or replacement. The necessary spare parts and materials are then selected.

Repair work is carried out in compliance with all technological and safety requirements. Upon completion, we test the equipment, perform adjustments if necessary, and return the crane to operation.

For diagnostics and inspection of electrical systems, we use a mobile electrical laboratory, enabling accurate assessment of equipment condition and proper system configuration.

Welding operations are performed using certified procedures in accordance with NAKS requirements. The quality of welded joints is verified by our in-house destructive and non-destructive testing laboratories.

All materials and components undergo mandatory incoming quality control, ensuring reliability and stable performance after repair. Most commonly used spare parts are available in our warehouse in Kazan, significantly reducing repair timelines.
