TRV traverses are used for lifting and moving pipes and other goods whose mass does not exceed the carrying capacity of the traverse, loading them into railway gondola cars, platforms and pipe carriers using truck cranes, gantry cranes, as well as unloading pipes from pipe carriers and stacking them on pipe-welding bases with the help of pipe-laying machines. The use of traverse TRV allows you to perform loading and unloading operations of the pipe while limiting the lifting height of the cranes. These traverses are equipped with six hooks with locks for hanging on them slings or grippers for lifting and moving pipes and other loads, the distance between the hooks and their number can be set based on the customer's needs.
TRV traverses are manufactured by our company complete with all the slings, connecting elements and grippers necessary for moving pipes on the TU-3178-004-87879481-2010.
Traverse for pipes TRV, design and operation features
- It is used for lifting and moving pipes (used both in production plants and in the construction of oil and gas pipelines)
- Allows you to lift the load as high as possible in the presence of restrictions on the height of lifting
- The traverse is provided with a number of lower eyelets to enable the lifting of pipes of different lengths.
TRAVERSE FOR PIPES TRV
Upon prior request, we can calculate and manufacture a TRV traverse (TRV-61, TRV-182, TRV-251, TRV-322, TRV-202, TRV-252) with the necessary characteristics (maximum and minimum length of the lifted load, load capacity, end elements, etc.) and complete with additional attachments.
The color of the equipment may differ from the one shown on the website.
