Crane equipment for the construction of the Western high-speed diameter in St. Petersburg

For the implementation of the project, the following cranes were manufactured and delivered: gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 16.0 and 12.5 tons and cantilever wall cranes with a manual drive to turn the boom KKR1 in the amount of 10 units. The equipment provided the possibility of using the method of longitudinal sliding of spans in the construction of the diameter.

Roller supports for the construction of the Nord Stream-2 main gas pipeline

Our company manufactured and supplied roller supports ORK-10, ORK-20 for moving pipes and roller supports ORK-25 for pulling large-diameter steel rope as part of a large — scale federal project: "Construction of the main gas pipeline from Russia to Germany — Nord Stream-2. The supports were operated on a section of the pipeline located in the Leningrad Region.

Gantry cranes for companies in Poland

Gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 8.0 tons are manufactured and delivered to Poland for lifting and moving containers. The standard design of gantry cranes does not imply the possibility of placing the load high between the crane supports. We have proposed a U-shaped "legs" to ensure the convenience of lifting and moving large containers. Due to the lack of guides to ensure the mobility of the cranes, they were equipped with pneumatic wheels.

Cantilever cranes for drilling rig applications

The distinctive characteristics of this equipment are: a large boom reach, 10.0 meters, and operation in harsh climatic conditions. For this reason, the cantilever cranes were made with a reinforced design of the support and rotary device.
The crane bases were installed directly on the drilling rig platforms. This method is atypical for equipment that is usually installed on a concrete foundation.
