We manufacture оverrunning ing double-girder overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 40.0 tons. Reinforced span structure and installation of equipment on crane runways from above, providingyut the possibility of turnover of goods of large mass with a high degree of intensity, eliminating the risk of breakage. Equipment of this type significantly increases productivity in the industrial, construction and logistics industries. It can be used indoors, under a canopy and in an open area. However, it is quite massive, which entails serious requirements for the technical capabilities of the premises or the need to install a crane overpass.

Double-girder overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 40.0 tons are usually installed on the оverrunning ing columns of the building and laid in the project before construction begins. They cover the working area up to 42.0 m and lift the load to a height of up to 36.0 m. The drive for cranes of this type is installed only electric. Control is carried out via a cable or remote control, or from the driver's cab. Operation is possible at temperatures from -20 °C to +40 °C and from -50 to +60 °C on request.

Overhead cranes are produced according to TU 28.22.14-015-87879481-2018 in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 010/2011 and 012/2011. We accept orders for serial and individual production. We deliver with our own fleet. We leave for installation within the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. When installing equipment by factory specialists, we extend the warranty period to 2 years.

• trolley with lifting mechanism (lifting mechanism can mean both a stationary hoist and a classic deployed lifting mechanism) — 1 pc.
• the end beams of the crane trolley (supplied separately in the case of the manufacture of a trolley with oversized dimensions and the impossibility of its delivery in the usual way) — 1 pc.

• current supply to the crane and hoist (if necessary according to the technical specification)

• other parts (the list of components depends on the configuration and set of options of the ordered crane and may differ from the one given in this section of the site)
• documentation for the crane (passport, operating and installation manual for the crane, passports and instructions for individual crane components manufactured at other enterprises and supplied with this crane, packing list, bill of lading).
