Load capacity 16.0 tonn

We manufacture overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 16.0 tons, which are widely used for loading and unloading operations in many industries. On request,  double-girder models can be equipped with two hoists to optimize the use of the crane's power, extend its service life, ensure the most efficient and stable equipment. Regardless of the design of the crane, all models can be used in outdoor and indoor areas subject to temperatures from -20 °C to +40 °C and from -50 to +60 °C on request.

Overhead cranes consist of beams: two end and one central (or two for double-girder structures). Depending on the tasks and technical capabilities of the building, they are mounted on the crane tracks above or below them. A hoist or hoist with a hook underslung moves along the bridge and moves the load in the transverse or longitudinal direction. The equipment is equipped with a manual or electric drive type, controlled by a cable remote control, radio signal or from the cab. The maximum span length of оverrunning ing cranes is 42,0 meters, single-girder underslung cranes - 15.0 meters.

We have been manufacturing lifting equipment for more than 14 years, thanks to which we have accumulated a lot of experience and can guarantee the best value for money. We have permits for explosion-proof execution. Overhead cranes are produced according to TU 28.22.14-015-87879481-2018 in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 010/2011 and 012/2011. We accept orders for serial and individual production. We deliver with our own fleet. We leave for installation within the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. When installing equipment by factory specialists, we extend the warranty period to 2 years.

• walk-through gallery along one side of the crane spane (in some cases, two walk-through galleries are supplied, which are installed on both sides of the crane span) - 1-2 pcs.

• crane control box — 2 pcs. (the quantity can be changed depending on the set of options and technical characteristics)
• gear motor for the crane stroke - 2 pcs. (some models of cranes are supplied with 4 pcs.)
• gear motor for the crane trolley - 2 pcs. (some models of cranes are supplied with 4 pcs.)

• trolley with lifting mechanism (lifting mechanism can mean both a stationary hoist and a classic deployed lifting mechanism) — 1 pc.
• the end beams of the crane trolley (supplied separately in the case of the manufacture of a trolley with oversized dimensions and the impossibility of its delivery in the usual way) — 1 pc.
• power supply to the crane (if the crane is supplied with this option)
